Kris Finlon
Practice Focus— civil litigation and employment litigation.

Kris grew up in Charlotte and graduated with a B.A. from Duke University in 1997. She received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2003. Prior to joining James McElroy & Diehl, P.A., Kris was a law clerk in the Staff Attorneys’ Office at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and an associate at an employment law firm in New York. Her practice at James McElroy & Diehl, P.A., focuses on general civil litigation and employment litigation. She is admitted to the North Carolina State Bar, the New York State Bar, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Kris is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
