John Paul Tsahakis

John Paul grew up in Charlotte and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in History in 2005. After working abroad in Greece, he returned to Chapel Hill, earning his J.D. in 2009 from the University of North Carolina School of Law. While in law school, John Paul was an active member of the Holderness Moot Court Bench, competing in the 2009 National Environmental Moot Court Competition in New York.

After law school, John Paul came back to Charlotte to join James, McElroy and Diehl, P.A. John Paul is licensed to practice law in the North Carolina state courts as well as the federal court for the Western District of North Carolina. He is a member of the Mecklenburg County, North Carolina and American bar associations.
