William K. Diehl
Practice Focus— Litigation: Civil, Family and Criminal Law

Bill is the senior trial attorney in the firm, with thirty-nine years of experience in civil, family and criminal law.

He received his undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and his law degree from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the Family Law Section of the Mecklenburg County and North Carolina Bar Associations, the North Carolina Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and the American Board of Trial Advocates and the American Bar Association. He has been a lecturer and teacher in the field of trial practice and family law on more than fifty occasions. He serves on the University of Virginia Law School Alumni Council.
