Fred P. Parker IV

Fred grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina, before attending high school at the Lawrenceville School in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He received his B.A. from UNC-Chapel Hill and before deciding to become a lawyer he worked in real estate and investment management in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Fred graduated from Campbell University School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Competition team. Before joining James, McElroy and Diehl, he was a law clerk for the Honorable Chief Justice I. Beverly Lake, Jr. at the Supreme Court of North Carolina and the Honorable John M. Tyson at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Fred and his wife have one child. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys all sports, both as a participant and a spectator.
