J. P. Davis
Practice Focus—Criminal Law and Civil Litigation

Originally from South Carolina, J. P. is a 2005 graduate of Duke Law School and received his undergraduate degrees in biology and philosophy from the College of Charleston. While in law school, J. P. was Research Editor of the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum, a founding member of the Duke Mock Trial Board and an intern in the Durham District Attorney’s Office.

Immediately following his graduation from Duke, J. P. served as law clerk to the Honorable Graham C. Mullen, then Chief Judge of the Western District of North Carolina. J. P. is admitted to practice law in North Carolina state courts and in the federal courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of North Carolina.
