Sarah M. Brady
Practice Focus—Family Law and Appellate Advocacy

Sarah received her B.A. in political science and women’s studies in 2000 from UNC-Chapel Hill and her J.D. in 2004 from Cornell Law School. While in law school, Sarah was an editor of the Cornell Law Review, a law clerk at the Cornell Legal Aid Clinic and a research assistant to Professor Martha Albertson Fineman, director of Cornell University’s Feminism and Legal Theory Project. Sarah volunteers as a guardian ad litem with the Children’s Law Center. She is admitted to practice before the North Carolina state courts and the federal court for the Western District of North Carolina. She is a member of the Mecklenburg County, North Carolina and American bar associations.
