Kristen E. Finlon

After earning her Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law, Kris Finlon was a law clerk in the Staff Attorneys’ Office at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and an associate at an employment law firm in New York. Since joining James, McElroy & Diehl, Kris’s practice has focused on general civil litigation and employment litigation.

Kris is a native Charlottean.
