The firm takes pride in our lack of formal internal structure – the atmosphere is relaxed, collegial and non-competitive. Although individuals specialize in areas of practice, there are no formal departments. We work in teams and encourage a wide range of perspectives to ensure as many legal implications as possible are considered. Our attorneys thrive on interaction with our clients and each other. They regularly share the knowledge they’ve acquired in order to more creatively, comprehensively and cost-effectively solve our clients legal problems.
James, McElroy & Diehl recognizes our clients’ need for pragmatic solutions to problems in all areas of their personal and professional lives. We bring the following attributes to every attorney-client relationship:
We deliver a full range of legal matters and stay at the forefront of every area in which we work.
The loyal and tenacious representation our clients is never influenced by our own interests, business or social concerns.
We are known for expending whatever effort is necessary to satisfy our clients’ needs.
Our firm resists the “one-size-fits-all” trend and instead views our clients’ individual situations on a case by case basis and real-world implications.
Our attorneys strive to understand each client’s ultimate objectives and to keep those objectives in mind.
We believe law remains primarily a profession rather than a business. We have no minimum billable hour rules that may encourage “busy work.”
