Elizabeth F. Oblachinski
Elizabeth Oblachinski focuses her practice on family law, including issues related to divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, and domestic violence.
Elizabeth studied Government and Arabic at Georgetown University, where she grew her passion for languages and foreign policy. She then returned to her home state of North Carolina where she received her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
While in law school, Elizabeth was a member of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal and published an article on the General Data Protection Regulation and United States financial system. She was also highly involved in Holderness Moot Court, both as an executive member of the organization and a two-year regional finalist on the Client Counseling Team.
In her free time, Elizabeth oversees her Blessings in a Backpack foundation, a local chapter of the national organization focused on providing meals to elementary school students. She also is an avid scuba diver and uses most vacations to find new beaches to explore.
