James Pennacchia
James R. Pennacchia “Jay” joined James, McElroy & Diehl in 2024. He focuses his practice in all areas of family law.
Raised in Charlotte, Jay attended Charlotte Latin School before earning his Bachelor of Arts in History at the Pennsylvania State University. After graduating from Penn State, Jay moved to Columbia, SC, where he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law.
