Jenna Geltman
As a member of James, McElroy & Diehl’s civil litigation department, Jenna loves looking for unique, novel solutions to complicated legal problems. Her work is grounded in empathy, creativity, and commitment to restoring balance for injured parties who deserve to be made whole. As a civil rights advocate, Jenna firmly believes that just because we are taught from a young age that “life isn’t fair” does not mean that we can’t fight to make it so.
Originally from Hickory, North Carolina, Jenna earned her Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, and she is proud to call herself a Campbell Camel! During her time at Campbell, Jenna worked as a tort scholar assisting incoming first year students with their fundamental understanding of tort law. She also interned for the Honorable Chief Judge Chris Dillon at the North Carolina Court of Appeals, participated in Campbell’s Mock Trial program, and conducted an independent research study on methods of regulating Crisis Pregnancy Center conduct through civil litigation in North Carolina.
When she isn’t working, Jenna is most likely gardening, walking her dog, Josie, watching Bob’s Burgers, or combing the thrift stores for treasure in the form of vintage clothing. She also loves exploring Charlotte and conquering escape rooms with her fiancé and best friend, Drew.
