Katherine W. Smith

Katherine “Kate” Smith focuses her practice on the area of family law, including issues related to divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, and domestic violence.
Kate graduated cum laude from Louisiana State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in social work. She received her Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University Law Center. Kate was first licensed in Texas where she practiced family law for two years before relocating to Charlotte.
