Madison Bennett
Madison Bennett focuses her practice on family law, including issues related to divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, and domestic violence.
Madison attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a second major in Sociology. She received her Juris Doctor from Campbell University, graduating in 2025. While in law school, Madison discovered her passion for family law through her work in Campbell Law’s Gailor Family Law Litigation Clinic as a Certified Student Legal Intern, serving individuals lacking access to legal representation. During her time at Campbell, Madison served as a project manager with Campbell’s Pro Bono Council, participated in mock trial, and studied abroad in Ghana and Scotland. At graduation, Madison was inducted into The Order of Barristers.
In her free time, Madison enjoys taking her dog on long walks, spending time with friends and family, and trying new restaurants.
