Mark A Taylor

Mark Taylor focuses his practice on the area of family law, including issues related to divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, and domestic violence.

A 2022 graduate of the Bar Leadership Institute, Mark serves as Chair of the Mecklenburg County Bar Pro Bono & Legal Recruitment Committee. Mark earned both his bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of North Carolina, where he received a Pro Bono Publico Award for his work in the community. Prior to joining James, McElroy & Diehl, P.A., Mark practiced family law in Charlotte.
