Claire Samuels Appointed Vice Chair of Junior League's Mental Health Awareness Committee

Claire Samuels was recently appointed as the Vice Chair of the Mental Heath Awareness Committee for the Junior League. The goal of the Committee is to raise awareness and educate members of the Junior League and the Charlotte community as a whole about issues regarding mental health in children ages 0-17 (grief, suicide, depression, eating disorders etc.). Claire and rest of the committee will help develop, facilitate and coordinate community based events to address the current needs of the community.

The Junior League of Charlotte is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, to developing the potential of women and to improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

Claire earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. Practicing law in Charlotte since 2006, she focuses her practice on Family Law.
