Bessie Bruneus
Bessie Bruneus is a family law paralegal supporting Tamela T. Wallace. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Legal Studies from SUNY Purchase. Bessie began her legal career in 2018 at a family law firm in New York. She joined James, McElroy & Diehl in 2026.
Born and raised in Rockland County, New York, Bessie later lived in Hawthorne, New Jersey before relocating to Charlotte in 2026. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, discovering great food, reading romance novels and psychological thrillers, and rewatching her favorite television show, Criminal Minds.
