In her commercial real estate work, Anna guides clients through the acquisition and disposition of commercial property from the initial drafts of the contract through closing, assisting in all matters from drafting, management of due diligence and transaction timelines, title research, recordation of documents, and coordination and collaboration with buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies to facilitate smooth, compliant, and successful transactions for all parties.
In her work in trusts and estates, Anna oversees the drafting and execution of estate planning documents, assists clients through the probate process with consideration and compassion, and helps clients to manage the administrative processes that come up when a loved one passes away.
Anna is also adept in business and corporate law, and her work regularly involves entity formation and management and corporate maintenance, drafting, and record keeping.
